The content provided on the Sacred Ventures LLC platform, including content offered through the Timeless Wisdom Academy (TWA), is for educational and informational purposes only.

It is not intended to be, and must not be understood as, a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, financial, investment, tax, therapeutic, or other professional advice.

You should consult with a certified health professional, licensed professional, legal advisor, financial advisor, or other qualified professional if you experience any mental, physical, emotional, financial, legal, or other challenges as a result of engaging with our content, platform, readings, events, calls, workshops, products, or services.

Sacred Ventures LLC and TWA may offer Human Design Readings, Human Design-related sessions, or other Human Design-related services.

These Human Design Readings and related services are offered for educational, reflective, personal development, and informational purposes only.

They are not medical advice, psychological advice, therapeutic advice, legal advice, financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, business advice, or any other form of professional advice. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, prevent, cure, resolve, or replace any medical, psychological, emotional, financial, legal, or other professional issue.

Human Design Readings and related services do not replace professional help, professional treatment, professional consultation, or qualified support from licensed or certified professionals.

You are solely responsible for how you interpret, integrate, or apply any information received during a Human Design Reading or Human Design-related service.

1.3 No Guarantees – Individual Results May Vary

Sacred Ventures LLC makes no guarantees regarding the outcomes of participating in courses, engaging with indigenous wisdom, receiving Human Design Readings, attending calls, joining workshops, or using any content, products, or services offered through the platform.

Results may vary between individuals. You are solely responsible for applying any insights, teachings, practices, readings, reflections, or information in a manner that fits your personal situation.

1.4 Cultural Sensitivity and Engagement – Respect and Boundaries

By accessing and engaging with the content of Sacred Ventures LLC and TWA, you certify that you will not visit indigenous peoples, especially the Kogi, without a clear prior invitation based on content or any interaction with the Timeless Wisdom Academy.

You further agree not to speak negatively, insultingly, disrespectfully, or harmfully about the cultures, traditions, representatives, elders, wisdom keepers, or communities represented through Sacred Ventures LLC or TWA.

Sacred Ventures LLC and TWA strive to uphold the dignity and sovereignty of indigenous peoples and expect the same from all users, customers, participants, and community members.

2. Terms of Service and Platform Use

2.1 Acceptance of Terms – Binding Agreement

By accessing or using the Sacred Ventures LLC platform, content, events, calls, workshops, readings, products, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Disclaimer.

If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are not allowed to access or use our platform, content, events, readings, products, or services.

2.2 Eligibility – Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years old to access and use the Sacred Ventures LLC platform, content, products, readings, and services.

If you are under 18, you are not permitted to use this platform. Sacred Ventures LLC does not knowingly collect personal information from minors. By using this platform, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

2.3 Use of Services – Lawful and Respectful Conduct

You agree to use the Sacred Ventures LLC platform in a lawful, respectful, responsible, and inclusive manner.

Any use that undermines, exploits, misuses, or disrespects the content, purpose, representatives, communities, indigenous peoples, customers, or participants connected to this platform may result in suspension or termination of your access without any refund or reimbursement.

2.4 Disrespectful Conduct, Termination, and Exclusion

Any insulting, disrespectful, harmful, abusive, discriminatory, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate behavior by a customer toward representatives of Sacred Ventures LLC or TWA, toward indigenous elders or wisdom keepers, or toward other customers or participants may lead to immediate termination of the subscription, access, participation, reading, product, or service without any reimbursement or refund.

This applies to behavior in public spaces, private communication, internal calls, online events, workshops, readings, platform interactions, social media interactions, or any other context connected to Sacred Ventures LLC or TWA.

Sacred Ventures LLC and TWA reserve the right to permanently exclude individuals from purchasing, accessing, or participating in any products, services, subscriptions, events, calls, workshops, readings, or offerings of Sacred Ventures LLC or TWA in cases of serious or repeated violation of these Terms & Conditions, harassment, abusive conduct, threats, discrimination, unauthorized sharing of content, payment abuse, chargeback abuse, or conduct that endangers the safety, dignity, trust, or integrity of the community, indigenous elders, wisdom keepers, customers, representatives, or the platform.

This may include permanent blacklisting. Such decisions are made at the sole discretion of Sacred Ventures LLC and TWA.

2.5 Content Ownership and Intellectual Property – Usage Restrictions

All content on the Sacred Ventures LLC platform, including but not limited to text, images, videos, audio recordings, course materials, bonus materials, workshop materials, live call recordings, downloadable materials, Human Design-related materials, and other educational content, is either the exclusive intellectual property of Sacred Ventures LLC or is subject to a license that allows Sacred Ventures LLC to use it commercially and non-commercially.

Any form of download, unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, copying, publication, resale, public display, forwarding, sharing, or use of any materials without explicit written permission from Sacred Ventures LLC is strictly prohibited.

It is forbidden to distribute, forward, publish, display, show, sell, or otherwise make available to others any recordings, links, platform content, course materials, workshop materials, reading materials, or other content of Sacred Ventures LLC or TWA.

Failure to comply may lead to immediate termination of the subscription, exclusion from calls, workshops, events, readings, or other services, and any other measures available to Sacred Ventures LLC.

2.6 Account Access, Login Use, and Sharing Restrictions

Platform logins are intended for the personal use of the registered customer only.

Logins to the platform may be used on a maximum of two devices belonging to the registered user. Login credentials may not be shared with any other person.

Zoom participation links, workshop links, online meeting links, reading links, or any other private access links may not be forwarded or shared with others. They are for one person only and may only be used by the registered customer or approved participant.

2.7 Technical Requirements for Platform Access and Online Participation

The Sacred Ventures LLC and TWA platform is built for the modern internet. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to have modern electronic devices available, such as a computer, laptop, tablet, or smartphone, with standard, modern, and up-to-date software and browsers.

Sacred Ventures LLC and TWA are not obliged to provide services for older, outdated, unsupported, or technically incompatible devices, software, operating systems, browsers, or applications.

The customer is responsible for having any required online meeting platform, such as Zoom, installed and updated to the latest version.

The customer is also required to have a working camera and microphone in order to participate in online meetings, live calls, readings, or workshops. It is compulsory to have the camera turned on during online meetings, workshops, readings, or calls so that other participants and representatives can see the customer. This requirement exists to support a sense of community and enable interaction between participants.

Failure to meet these technical requirements may lead to exclusion from the online call, meeting, workshop, reading, event, or service without refund or reimbursement if the failure is caused by the customer’s device, software, internet connection, technical setup, failure to update required applications, or failure to meet the stated technical requirements.

If participation is not possible due to a technical failure caused by Sacred Ventures LLC, TWA, or an external service provider used by Sacred Ventures LLC or TWA, Sacred Ventures LLC may, at its discretion, offer an appropriate alternative such as access to a recording, a replacement session, a rescheduled session, a credit, or another reasonable solution. This does not create a general right to a cash refund unless required by applicable mandatory law.

2.8 External Service Providers – Third-Party Tools and Processing

Sacred Ventures LLC uses external payment providers and third-party software to process payments, manage subscriptions, deliver content, host calls, manage communication, schedule readings, and provide certain functionalities on the platform.

By accessing the platform, purchasing products, subscribing to services, booking readings, or participating in calls or events, you agree to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data by these external providers where necessary.

Sacred Ventures LLC is not responsible for the data protection, security, privacy practices, technical failures, outages, or service interruptions of these third-party companies.

3. Products, Services, Subscriptions, and Readings

3.1 Platform Areas and Separate Offerings

Sacred Ventures LLC and TWA may offer different platform areas, products, subscriptions, one-time purchases, calls, workshops, events, readings, and services.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise during checkout, subscription access to the platform area “Indigenous Wisdom” does not include Human Design content, Human Design Readings, Human Design-related sessions, or other separately offered products or services.

Human Design Readings and Human Design-related services may be offered separately as one-time purchases, individual sessions, special offers, or other formats.

3.2 Subscription Plans – Access Levels

Sacred Ventures LLC offers different subscription plans. Unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout, the plans described below relate to the platform area “Indigenous Wisdom” and do not include content from the platform area “Human Design,” Human Design Readings, or Human Design-related services.

Essentials Plan: Access to selected courses from the platform area “Indigenous Wisdom,” including interviews with indigenous elders, and limited expert content. No content from the area “Human Design” is included.

Wisdom Plus Plan: Full access to all courses from the platform area “Indigenous Wisdom,” expert content, exclusive bonus material, access to live expert calls, and discounted rates for events and retreats. No content from the area “Human Design” is included unless explicitly stated otherwise during checkout.

Guardian Plan: Full access to all content from the platform area “Indigenous Wisdom” and live calls, plus direct support to Indigenous-led projects and regenerative initiatives. No content from the area “Human Design” is included unless explicitly stated otherwise during checkout.

3.3 Subscription Features and Changes

Features, bonuses, live calls, discounted rates, bonus materials, and additional benefits associated with each plan are subject to change and are not guaranteed.

Marketing descriptions on the website for each plan are non-binding. The only fixed benefit of a subscription is the level of platform access, partial or full, as defined at the time of subscription and during checkout.

Descriptions of plan features are for illustrative purposes only. Sacred Ventures LLC reserves the right to adjust offerings to improve the platform, update the service, respond to operational needs, or comply with legal obligations.

3.4 Upgrade and Downgrade Policy

You may upgrade your subscription from Essentials to Wisdom Plus at any time, where such an upgrade option is available.

Downgrades are not possible during an active subscription term. If you upgrade, the new tier and pricing will apply at the beginning of the next billing cycle, unless otherwise indicated during checkout.

3.5 Human Design Readings and Related Services

Sacred Ventures LLC and TWA may offer Human Design Readings and Human Design-related services as separate products or services.

Human Design Readings may be provided live, recorded, written, digital, or through another format determined by Sacred Ventures LLC or TWA.

Human Design Readings are personal, reflective, educational, and informational in nature. They do not create a professional advisory relationship, therapeutic relationship, medical relationship, legal relationship, financial advisory relationship, investment advisory relationship, or fiduciary relationship between the customer and Sacred Ventures LLC, TWA, or any representative.

Human Design Readings are not included in standard subscription plans unless explicitly stated otherwise during checkout.

Cancellation, refund, reimbursement, rescheduling, or compensation for Human Design Readings is not possible unless explicitly stated otherwise during checkout or agreed in writing by Sacred Ventures LLC.

4. Payments, Billing, Renewals, and Cancellations

4.1 Billing Cycles, Subscription Terms, and Renewals

Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the chosen plan and the conditions shown during checkout.

Your subscription will automatically renew unless it is validly canceled before the end of the current billing period, subject to the cancellation conditions set out in these Terms & Conditions.

You will receive email confirmation upon your initial subscription. You may not receive a separate email reminder prior to each renewal.

Billing cycles may differ from subscription terms. Some annual subscriptions may be billed monthly while still having a minimum subscription term of 12 months. In such cases, monthly billing does not create a monthly cancellation right.

Annual subscriptions renew automatically for another annual subscription term if they are not validly canceled. The applicable billing cycle, subscription term, minimum term, renewal conditions, cancellation restrictions, and payment structure are indicated during checkout.

There are no refunds or reimbursements for forgetting to cancel before a renewal.

4.2 Customer Payment Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for keeping all payment information up to date and for providing a valid payment method with sufficient funds for monthly or annual renewals, one-time purchases, subscription payments, readings, and any other amounts due.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that all payment details are correct and that payments can be processed successfully at the time they become due.

4.3 Failed or Delayed Payments

In the case of a failed payment for a subscription, reading, or one-time purchase, the customer is obliged to update the payment method within a maximum of 48 hours.

Failure to do so may lead to Sacred Ventures LLC taking measures to collect the outstanding payment. The customer remains responsible for the amount due.

Sacred Ventures LLC may take legal or administrative measures to secure payment of the subscription, reading, one-time purchase, or any other outstanding amount. Any costs arising from these measures, including letters, correspondence, administrative costs, and other related costs, are to be paid by the customer in addition to the outstanding payment amount.

These costs are to be paid within 7 days of notice to the customer through a payment method chosen by Sacred Ventures LLC.

In the case of a failed or delayed monthly payment under a subscription with a longer subscription term, Sacred Ventures LLC and TWA reserve the right to request immediate payment of the full remaining amount of the yearly subscription, including all future installments.

Failure by the customer to make this payment may lead to exclusion from products or services of Sacred Ventures LLC and TWA, while the payment claim remains due.

4.4 Payment Disputes, Chargebacks, and Reversals

If the customer initiates an unjustified dispute, unjustified chargeback, unjustified payment reversal, or other unjustified payment reclaim with any payment provider used by the platform, including but not limited to Stripe or PayPal, Sacred Ventures LLC may claim reasonable and legally recoverable costs, fees, damages, administrative expenses, and dispute fees to the extent permitted by applicable law.

A dispute decision by a payment provider against Sacred Ventures LLC does not automatically release the customer from payment obligations related to their contract. Any open amount may remain due and must be paid by the customer through another available payment method provided by Sacred Ventures LLC, unless a binding legal decision or mandatory applicable law provides otherwise.

These costs and open amounts are to be paid within 7 days of notice to the customer.

It is forbidden to reverse, charge back, or otherwise reclaim direct credit payments made to Sacred Ventures LLC without a valid legal basis. If the customer does so unjustifiably, the amount remains due through a different payment provider, in addition to reasonable and legally recoverable costs arising through payment providers and administrative costs of Sacred Ventures LLC or TWA.

These costs are to be paid within 7 days of notice to the customer.

4.5 Cancellation Policy for Subscriptions

Cancellations must be made exclusively through the user account under the platform’s account settings.

Cancellations via email, phone, postal mail, social media, or any other method are not accepted, will not be processed, and will not lead to termination of the subscription contract.

Access to content continues until the end of the current billing period following a valid cancellation, unless access is terminated earlier due to violation of these Terms & Conditions.

By subscribing to any plan, you acknowledge and agree to automatic renewal and recurring billing until a valid cancellation is completed through the platform.

For annual subscriptions, including annual subscriptions paid monthly and annual subscriptions paid annually, cancellation is not possible during the first 30 days after the initial purchase.

For annual subscription renewals, including renewals paid monthly and renewals paid annually, cancellation is also not possible during the first 30 days after the renewal date.

After the applicable initial 30-day period or renewal 30-day period has passed, the customer may cancel the annual subscription through the user account under the platform’s account settings. Such cancellation will stop the next renewal but does not create any right to a refund or reimbursement for the current annual subscription term or renewal term.

Monthly billing of an annual subscription does not create a monthly cancellation right. The customer remains responsible for all payments due for the full annual subscription term or renewed annual subscription term.

4.6 One-Time Purchases, Workshops, Calls, Readings, and Events

Sacred Ventures LLC and TWA may offer different kinds of one-time purchase offers. These may include, but are not limited to, Zoom calls, workshops, online events, courses, special sessions, Human Design Readings, or programs with one or more sessions.

Cancellation, refund, or reimbursement for any one-time purchase is not possible, including accidental double purchases, unless mandatory applicable law provides otherwise.

There is no refund or reimbursement if participation is not possible due to technical problems of the customer, including but not limited to outdated devices, incompatible software, poor internet connection, failure to install required software, failure to update required applications, or failure to meet the technical requirements stated in these Terms & Conditions.

4.7 Special Pricing for Educational Institutions

Sacred Ventures LLC and TWA may offer special pricing for educational institutions.

5. Refund Policy, Statutory Withdrawal Rights, and Coupons

5.1 No-Refund Policy and Mandatory Law

Sacred Ventures LLC operates under a strict no-refunds policy.

At the moment of purchase of a one-time product, reading, event, workshop, call, or at the start of a subscription, no refund, reimbursement, cancellation refund, or retroactive discount is possible, except where mandatory applicable law provides otherwise.

Engaging with the topics offered through the products and services of Sacred Ventures LLC and TWA requires dedication and responsibility. Once a decision is made and a path of learning and wisdom has begun, in many indigenous cultures it cannot be taken back. Sacred Ventures LLC and TWA honor that principle.

Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies under mandatory consumer protection law, such statutory right remains unaffected only to the extent that it cannot be lawfully excluded, waived, or lost.

5.2 Immediate Access, Immediate Performance, and Loss of Withdrawal Right

Many products and services offered by Sacred Ventures LLC and TWA are digital, time-sensitive, immediately accessible, or begin shortly after purchase.

This may include, but is not limited to:

a) access to online courses, platform content, recordings, and digital materials;
b) access to subscriptions, bonus materials, and member areas;
c) access to live calls, workshops, online events, and special sessions;
d) access to Human Design Readings or other readings;
e) access to any other digital, online, time-sensitive, or immediately provided service.

By purchasing such products or services, accepting these Terms & Conditions, completing the purchase, and/or accessing or using the purchased content, subscription, product, reading, event, workshop, call, or service, the customer expressly requests and consents that Sacred Ventures LLC and TWA begin performance immediately and provide immediate access before the end of any statutory withdrawal period that may otherwise apply.

The customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that, by requesting and consenting to immediate access or immediate performance, the customer loses any statutory right of withdrawal once Sacred Ventures LLC or TWA has begun performance, provided access to digital content, made the platform or purchased content available, started the service, delivered or started delivering the reading, provided access to a live call or workshop, or otherwise begun fulfilling the contract, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

The customer further expressly acknowledges and agrees that access to the platform, access to course content, access to digital materials, access to recordings, access to live calls, access to workshops, access to readings, access to online events, or the start of any other digital or time-sensitive service constitutes the beginning of performance.

If the customer does not wish to request immediate access or immediate performance, the customer must not complete the purchase or must contact Sacred Ventures LLC before completing the purchase at [email protected].

5.3 Coupons and Discount Codes

The no-refund policy also applies to coupons and discount codes.

If a coupon or discount code is forgotten during purchase, it cannot be applied retroactively after the purchase has been completed. The coupon amount, discount amount, or discount percentage cannot be reimbursed or refunded after purchase.

The customer is responsible for carefully checking during checkout whether:

a) the coupon or discount code has been entered correctly;
b) the coupon or discount code has been applied correctly;
c) the total amount has been updated correctly;
d) any recurring amount has been updated and displayed correctly;
e) the final checkout amount is correct before completing the purchase.

In case of technical failure, the customer is responsible for contacting Sacred Ventures LLC or TWA at [email protected] before completing the purchase, so that any technical issues with the coupon can be reviewed before payment is completed.

After purchase, no retroactive coupon application, refund, reimbursement, or discount adjustment is possible.

6. Testimonies, Recordings, and Promotional Use

6.1 Consent for Recordings and Testimonials

By participating in live events, Zoom calls, online meetings, workshops, readings, or other interactive formats, or by providing testimonials, you consent to being recorded.

You grant Sacred Ventures LLC and TWA permission to use these recordings and testimonials for educational, documentary, archival, promotional, commercial, and marketing purposes.

6.2 Use of Recordings and Participant Contributions

Recordings may include your name, voice, image, likeness, questions, statements, comments, feedback, testimonial, or other contributions made during calls, workshops, meetings, readings, or events.

By participating, you grant Sacred Ventures LLC and TWA the right to use such recordings and contributions in connection with the platform, educational materials, promotional materials, course content, internal archives, commercial materials, documentary materials, and related communications.

6.3 No Compensation for Use of Recordings and Testimonials

You acknowledge and agree that you have no right to compensation, payment, royalties, reimbursement, revenue share, license fee, or any other financial benefit for the use of recordings, testimonials, statements, questions, comments, likeness, image, voice, or other contributions by Sacred Ventures LLC or TWA.

This applies regardless of whether such recordings or testimonials are used for educational, promotional, documentary, archival, commercial, marketing, or other purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Liability Waiver – No Responsibility for Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sacred Ventures LLC, TWA, its founders, employees, affiliates, representatives, partners, contractors, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of access, technical issues, inability to participate, inability to attend a reading, emotional distress, personal interpretation of content, payment issues, currency conversion costs, or other intangible losses arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the platform, content, events, calls, workshops, readings, products, or services.

This applies even if Sacred Ventures LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Indemnification

8.1 User Responsibility – Legal and Financial Protection

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sacred Ventures LLC, TWA, its founders, employees, representatives, contractors, partners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, content, products, services, events, calls, readings, or workshops, or from your violation of these Terms & Conditions.

9. Jurisdiction, Governing Law, and Dispute Resolution

9.1 Legal Venue and Arbitration – State of New Mexico

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Mexico, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you acknowledge and agree that any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration and that you are waiving your right to a trial by jury.

Arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association in the State of New Mexico.

9.2 No Participation in European Consumer Dispute Resolution

Sacred Ventures LLC does not participate in European consumer dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, alternative dispute resolution body, online dispute resolution body, or any comparable European dispute resolution institution, unless participation is legally mandatory.

Sacred Ventures LLC is not willing and not obliged to participate in voluntary dispute resolution proceedings before a European consumer arbitration board or comparable institution.

The former European Online Dispute Resolution platform has been discontinued. Sacred Ventures LLC therefore does not provide an online dispute resolution platform link and does not participate in voluntary European online dispute resolution proceedings unless legally required.

10. Inclusivity Statement

Sacred Ventures LLC and the Timeless Wisdom Academy are committed to inclusivity and respect for all people, regardless of race, ethnicity, nationality, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or age.

We strive to create a space that is welcoming, accessible, and safe for all users.

Users are expected to uphold these values in all interactions on the platform, in calls, workshops, readings, events, and any other context connected to Sacred Ventures LLC or TWA.

We do not tolerate discrimination or harassment, and we comply with all applicable nondiscrimination laws of the State of New Mexico.

11. Currency and Exchange Rates

11.1 Currencies and Exchange Rates

Sacred Ventures LLC is a U.S.-based company. Transactions may be processed in different currencies, including U.S. dollars (USD) and euros (EUR).

All currencies are subject to daily exchange rates.

11.2 Currency Conversion – Payment Variation

The actual amount charged in your local currency may vary from one billing period to another due to fluctuations in exchange rates.

This is especially relevant for subscriptions paid in installments, such as monthly plans.

Some payment providers may support billing in other currencies, but this depends solely on the capabilities of the external payment provider and is not controlled by Sacred Ventures LLC.

11.3 Bank and Card Provider Fees

Being charged in a foreign currency may result in additional fees charged by your bank, credit card provider, PayPal, Stripe, or another payment provider.

These fees are not covered or reimbursed by Sacred Ventures LLC or TWA.

We recommend contacting your payment provider for details on possible foreign transaction charges, currency conversion fees, and other payment-related costs.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

12.1 Separate Privacy Policy

Sacred Ventures LLC maintains a separate Privacy Policy that explains how personal data is collected, processed, stored, used, shared, and protected.

The Privacy Policy forms part of the contractual and informational framework between Sacred Ventures LLC and the customer.

By using the platform, purchasing products, subscribing to services, booking readings, participating in events, joining calls or workshops, or submitting inquiries, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

12.2 Data Collection and Processing

Sacred Ventures LLC may collect personal data that you voluntarily provide when registering for the platform, subscribing to services, purchasing products, participating in events, joining calls or workshops, booking readings, or submitting inquiries.

13. Continuity and Succession

In the event that Sacred Ventures LLC is dissolved, merged, sold, transferred, reorganized, or otherwise ceases to operate, and a successor company or entity is established to continue the mission and services of the Timeless Wisdom Academy, all user agreements, subscriptions, licenses, access rights, obligations, and rights granted under these Terms & Conditions may be automatically transferred to the successor entity.

By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you agree that your contract with Sacred Ventures LLC may be assigned or novated to a successor company or entity, including all associated rights and obligations, without requiring separate notification or additional consent from you.

The successor company or entity shall assume the duties and responsibilities outlined in this agreement.

14. Severability

14.1 Validity of Provisions

15.1 User Confirmation – Consent to All Terms

By checking the box on the registration page, during checkout, or in any other consent process provided by Sacred Ventures LLC or TWA, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Disclaimer.

You further expressly confirm that you request and consent to immediate access and/or immediate performance of any purchased digital content, subscription, reading, event, workshop, call, or service, and that you acknowledge the loss of any statutory withdrawal right once access has been provided or performance has begun, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
